
I have been practicing reiki for 16 years and Yoga for about 20 years. In between I got an opportunity to train as a yoga instructor and qualified to teach both yoga and meditation. My own daily practice developed my intuition to sense energy and also analyse sound. As a result I can often identify underlying issues that are manifesting as physical symptoms. I teach yoga and meditation to calm the mind and relax the body. My approach is available to anyone with or without flexibility. I have led mindfulness sessions for a large insurance company and also for a Women’s charity in London, UK. I have served many clients worldwide with reiki healing.
